TCT ผลิตหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าตั้งแต่ 30 -2,500 kVA 3 เฟส ระบบแรงดันไฟฟ้า 22 - 33 เควี ได้ทุกมาตรฐานของโลก รวม ทั้งมาตรฐานของไทย มอก 384-2525 หรือตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ภายใต้การรับรองจากการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย การไฟฟ้านครหลวงและ การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ทั้งยังมีผลงานที่ส่งออกจำหน่ายยังต่าง ประเทศ อีกมากมาย อาทิเช่น ประเทศ มาเลเซีย พม่า ลาว ทั้งในระบบจำหน่ายและ ระบบจ่ายพลังงานไฟฟ้า ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่

TCT เน้นใช้วัตถุดิบที่ผลิตขึ้นภายในประเทศที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ จากกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็น การส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภายในประเทศ ส่วนวัตถุดิบต่างประเทศ จะต้องมีคุณภาพสูงจากผู้ผลิตที่มีความชำนาญผ่านการตรวจ สอบตามมาตรฐานและภายในประเทศไม่ สามารถผลิตได้เท่านั้น

TCT utilizes a computer in the design line production control quality control inventory control statistical data & test data presentation as well as after sales service preparation Production line is equipped with modern automatic machines to ensure high efficiency high reliability and high technology Silicon steel sheet is cut by automatic cutting machine to get more precision more efficient and faster with less mechanical stress in the core sheet.Winding con struction is done by semiautomatic coil winders.By this method tension of the conductor during winding and tight ness of the coil are controlled to the best thus improve mechanical short circuit strength of the coil.

TCT is capable of manufacture transformer ranging of 30 to 2,500 kVa Both three phase,with primary voltage upto 22 - 33 kv. TCT can achieve the requirement of any standard existing in the world including TIS 384-2525 (Thai Industrial Standards for Power Transformer) or any special customer requirement under approval of the electricity authorities.

The transformers were sold not only in local market Namely,PEA,MEA Royal Thai Air Force,Army,Navy,Energy Authority, ECT,also exported to Malaysia, Myanmar and Republic of Lao. And also in distribution Line system of the electricity authorities and the power of bulk energy consumers

TCT emphasizes the use of local standard raw materials which are certificated by Thai industrial standard (TIS) to fulfil the government policy to support local industries. Imported materials, which are unavailable in the local market, shall be the ones with high quality from abroad the well known and high reputation manufacturer in that kind of product with completely test certificates.
